My Story

My connection to fashion began long before HAVENHA.

In Vietnam, I built my career in the fashion industry as both a designer and business owner. In 2001, I founded and operated a clothing manufacturing business, where I spent approximately 17 years overseeing the journey from production to the finished product. What began as a business grew into a team of approximately 50 employees, along with additional warehouse production staff.

Running a manufacturing business taught me that fashion is about much more than a beautiful design. Behind every finished piece are countless decisions involving materials, production, people, quality, timing, and supply chains. I was directly involved in these areas while managing manufacturing operations, vendor relationships, wholesale distribution, and day-to-day business operations. My company served the Vietnamese domestic market and also exported wholesale to a Los Angeles-based company.

With approximately 17 years of experience owning and operating a clothing manufacturing business in Vietnam, along with my ongoing education in fashion design in California and pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree at California State University, Long Beach, I have experienced fashion from both the production and creative sides.
